Delete your Crumb account and data.

Use this form to ask Crumb App, Inc. to delete your account and the personal information linked to it. You do not need the Crumb app installed, and you do not need to sign in to make the request.

What we delete

• Your account, profile, handle, name, email address, and phone number.
• Reviews, photos, videos, collections, itineraries, saved places, and check-ins you created.
• Searches, selected locations, routes, and location history tied to your account.
• Device identifiers, push tokens, and marketing or SMS preferences.

What we keep, and for how long

• Transaction and subscription records we must keep for tax, accounting, and audit obligations, held by Crumb and by Stripe.
• A minimal record of the deletion request itself, so we can prove the request was honored.
• Security, fraud, and abuse logs kept for the limited period required to protect other people using Crumb.
• Content that no longer identifies you, including aggregated and de-identified statistics.

How long it takes

We email you to verify that you own the account, normally within 3 business days. Once verified, we complete deletion within 30 days, and copies in encrypted backups are purged within 90 days.
